Something funny happened this Christmas that took me back to my younger days. I think we all have those kind of stories so let me share this one with you. My brother is really into his Nintendo Wii and especially into the game Guitar Hero. He already has the game but apparently theirs is this new extension that came out with all the bells and whistles: drums, microphone, second guitar (or is that a bass?), anyway, it has everything you need to play with your buddies and form a band. He really wanted that but as you guessed it from the post title things didn’t go as planned. He made two mistakes that lead in my opinion to his demise: he asked way too late for it, 3 days before Christmas and second, the thing costs a fortune! So instead of getting his super duper band in a box he got some books and forgot what else, possibly a perfume or something like this. So word to the wise: don’t wait until the last minute to hint at what you’d like for Christmas and do not ask for something that cost an arm and a leg. I am pretty sure he learned his lesson and won’t repeat that mistake again next year!
