Everybody has a favourite dish and today I would like to share mine with you. My favourite dish is a dish that my mother makes to perfection, it’s a north African dish called couscous. You may or may not be familiar with it, if you don’t know it I urge you to try it. Be careful though as it is very easy to find a bad couscous, as a matter of fact I would say most restaurants do not know how to make a good couscous.
